This interval consists of one powerful exercise, with a jog recovery. The cycle is 45 seconds of high intensity, and 1.5 minute of recovery where you deliberately allow your heart rate to come down and your muscles to recover.
Here is the challenge:
45 seconds of powerful upright mountain climber plyos. You may call it something else. Basically start in an upright lunge with back leg bent and powerfully push through your legs to switch sides and repeat with fluidity.
And then jog in place for 1:30.
Cycle through 5x!
