Home Wellness Remedies For A Fit & Healthy Body

Turmeric Ginger Honey Tea is excellent for any infection, cold or inflammatory condition. Its super liver cleansing, a strong digestive aid and alkalizing for the blood.
  • 2 tablespoons grated ginger
  • 2 tablespoons grated turmeric
  • juice of one lemon
  • Raw honey

Bring one and half cups water, ginger, and turmeric to a boil. Bring heat down and simmer for 10 minutes. Add lemon and honey to taste. Enjoy!
