Willpower is one of those things that may feel like sometimes you just have it, and sometimes you don’t.

When willpower is on your side, you are unstoppable. You are in alignment with everything that makes you feel strong and attractive. You are on top of the world and you like it. Nope, you LOVE it.

However, when willpower is nowhere to be found, you (and me and the rest of the humans in this world) fall prey to excuses, impulses and cravings. It freaking sucks!

But what if I told you you could train your willpower “muscles” like you train your biceps or your tricep muscles? Would you want to know HOW to train those muscles? Duh! Of course you would right?!

Willpower, Self-Control & Discipline

These words sound like 4-letter cuss worlds to those that lack these spiritual muscles (willpower, self-control and discipline).

This is where I see so many women, and men, fall off the wagon. Lack of willpower, self-control and discipline keep them from having the body of their dreams, and the life their soul desires most.

But it really doesn’t have to be that hard to get into alignment. And isn’t your body worthy of you figuring this out already?!

Meditations To Help You Increase Your Willpower And Reduce Stress

That’s why I am currently creating a series of short meditations to support my online clients in making the transformations from inside out. So they can have the body and life they freaking love, because they have the inner muscles of discipline, willpower and self-control developed like a super star.

You can listen in to the first few minutes of each meditation free by clicking here.

In the first meditation I guide you through a specific breathing technique to reduce stress and expand our awareness. Let’s face it, when we are stressed out, our willpower suffers and falling prey to instant gratifications that will keep us from living in a body we love maximize. So turning in to our breath and getting skilled at creating a buffer between our impulsive self and our conscious self is huge.

In the second meditation I guide you though an experience where you get a bigger perspective of your highest vision for you and your body. We conclude with my invitation to journal based on my prompts and that is what I want to share with you today. My personal journaling notes on this very exercise.

In this meditation series, I am specifically holding the intention for us to transform our bodies with this strengthened willpower muscle. And the cool thing is, you can use the exact same process for transforming anything in your life! It is all connected!!!

There will be a part 3 coming soon too!

Strengthening Our Willpower Is An Inside Job

So just like building powerful legs and smoking gluteus muscles, it takes CONSISTENT practice to build our spiritual muscles of discipline, will power and self control also. And this work happens from INSIDE-OUT.

I am not going to have the body of my dreams because I journal about it one day and then forget about it the other 364 days of the year. Nope. And I would have a pancake ass if I had that mentality in training my body too. LOL

However, building our willpower muscle has EVERYTHING to do with the way we think. Our belief systems govern how we think and how we show up in the world. And this practice right here, done consistently, will help shift you inside out, in profound ways!

My Personal Journaling From Today

In the second meditation I invite you to journal based on my meditation prompts. To follow through with that, I wanted to share with you my journal entry from today, as well as my “juicy bit” that I will repeat daily to keep my bigger vision in the foreground of my awareness. So good!!!

I am fit and lean and my body magnetically attracts amazing and high vibrational people towards me. I love being in my body and my body loves taking exquisite care of me. My body loves supporting me to adventure, play and rock this life full out.

My health is radiant and attractive. My health is my greatest wealth and I feel this truth in my life daily as I feel grateful for all the ways my body gifts me ultimate freedom and abundance.

I eat foods that are nourishing to my body. I choose to eat foods that are organic, whole foods, and foods that align with my goals to feel lean, light and powerful in my body. These are the foods that I am drawn to. These are the foods that I crave.

Foods that only give me instant gratification such as french fries, tortilla chips, candy, cookies, etc. are a turn off to me because I KNOW that they are not rewards for me in the moment. I KNOW that they are not in alignment with my highest good and they are hinderances to my goals and bigger visions.

Instant gratification ain’t got shit on me and my goals. I am bigger than instant gratification, cravings, temptations and excuses. I am always acting in alignment with my soul’s purpose and desires and by doing so I light up the world.

My body vibrates with strength, power, illumination, compassion, love and this vibration inspires others to wake up the cells in their body to their greatest potential too.

I am strong. I am disciplined. I know that discipline = freedom, and so this inner knowing gives me strength at times I need it most. I deliberately receive from this strength with so much gratitude and I can do this effortlessly because I have cultivated my steady foundation.

I have set the foundation for a super fcking awesome fitness lifestyle. For DECADES I have walked this walk. I have made mistakes and I am always learning. The fact that I have grown so much makes me joyful. The fact that I have overcome so many struggles and challenges in my mind and body fills me with gratitude.

I know others are seeking this support and desire to be free and fit and healthy in their bodies too. It brings me joy to help women rock their fitness to the next level.

I love feeling free. I love knowing that I am fully responsible for my life and that I can have any body I desire. This feels empowering and enlivening to me. Making choices from this place makes me feel like I am living a life that I design and choose and that feels really good, empowering.

Taking care of my body is a non-negotiable. I recognize my body like a best friend. Like a gift from the heavens. I give my body attention and love and care, and in return my body vibrates with peace and joy and takes exquisite care of me.

My body turns heads and gets people excited about taking better care of themselves. The vibration of my body is inspiring, uplifting, encouraging and sparks a flame inside of others.

I love my body and my body loves me.

I love my body and my body loves me.

I love my body and my body loves me.

Choosing on behalf of my body is easy for me. I find great joy is being the gatekeeper of radiance inside of my every cell. I find great pleasure in living in a body that is lean, fit and strong. The relationship I have with my body inspires others to up level their bodies and lives too.

I eat foods that make me feel good for the long haul. My body is lean, fit, strong. The muscles in my lean legs have definition and make me powerful. I run like a black stallion and I leap like wonder woman. My abs reveal the athlete in me. Lean and ripped. My digestion is top notch and my energy levels are beyond optimal all day long. My arms are strong and shaped gorgeously and compassion pulses in my veins. My body is a reflection of my daily choices. My body inspires others. Choosing on behalf of my body is easy for me. I love my body and my body loves me.

Women who are truly ready to make the shifts inside and out are magnetically attracted to me. They are my soul clients and we have so much fun making transformation happen. Soul clients are lining up to work with me.

I find great pleasure in learning new things in my body. I find great pleasure using my body and playing in my body.
