butt exercisesThere is nothing like feeling the results of a good booty workout the following day and knowing that your workout was effective.

This workout will not only tone and lift your butt, but will challenge your balance and strengthen your entire lower body too!

For this buns and lower body workout I used laser focus and worked these 4 potent exercises:
Exercise 1: with lifted leg bent 90 degrees pump foot towards sky and really focus on using your lower buns. I did a variety of this version and did a few sets of 12 each side.
Exercise 2: Open top leg laterally with knee at a 90 degree bend. Keeping femur bone parallel to the floor and low belly engaged, extend leg straight. Repeat for 12 rounds 3 sets each side.Exercise 3: is the pistol squat, I simply added a little yoga vibe twist for extra balance challenge at the end. 8 on each leg!First 3 exercises were done with ankle weights but you can do without.Exercise 4: Single leg squats with a kickstand foot using 15 pounds in each hand. 20 each side, 3 sets.Finish with a couple good thigh stretches and your favorite hip openers too.Go get ’em and then leave me a comment below and let me know which of these 4 was your favorite, and if there another glute exercise you love too.
