I am excited to share this news with you because I personally LOVE green smoothies and know how much they have benefited me!

1 kiwi
1 banana
1/2 avocado
1 cup frozen blueberries
1 cup frozen mixed berries
2 cups spinach
2 tbsp chia seeds
2 cups water
