I took the BARS class with Rikka here on Kauai in April and was blown away. It was such an expansive experience to feel past limitations that were being stored in the fabrics of my being melt away.
During my first BARS session I was in tears, literally. It was so powerful because I deeply recognized that most of us on this planet are carrying around so much unnecessary weightiness and baggage, that isn’t even ours! It was mind boggling to me that I could be carrying around so much heaviness, for so many years, and not completely realize how this was effecting and steering my entire life. Not only that, but that within minutes it could also be lifted and carried far, far away from me. The fruits of this would me having more of ME. How cool is that?

A session takes about 60 minutes and at worst feels like an incredibly relaxing head massage, and at best will change your life.
