Shoulders are a fun area of the body to train. When our upper body is strong, we also have greater trust in our ability to play with really fun poses like handstands and other arm balance postures too.
Also, When our deltoids are toned and strong, there is also a great illusion that our waistline is narrow. So work those shoulders, and magically “trim” your waistline!
Today I am sharing a shoulder strengthening segment my workout today. The forearm planks bring some good core challenge into the play too!

Down Dog Inspired Upper Body Exercises, No Equipment Needed
Here is how I circuited these:
1 minute exercise
30 second rest in forearm plank
3 exercises total
Cycle though two times.
