Mothersong and Reiki On Kauai

I’m offering Mothersong which is a multicultural sing-a-long for families with young children 0-3. We sing uplifting simple songs from around the world incorporating rhythms with shakers, drumming, and movement through dance with silk scarves and expressive play. It is a wonderful way to bring the community together! It creates a safe space for parents and children to learn from each other and grow together. Spread the word and come and join the fun! Wednesdays 12-1 at the Princeville Community center, and Fridays from 1-2 at the Metamorphose Yoga studio in Kilauea. $10 suggested donation

It is a wonderful way to help your body relax and unwind so that it can heal. It reminds us that we have the innate ability to heal ourselves. Reiki opens gateways and loving divine energy moves through. It works on the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual bodies. (sliding scale $60-$40 suggested donation)
