I love chocolate! It is full of antioxidants and makes me feel gooooood. The dark yumminess, the creamy, melt-in-my-mouth goodness, the natural energy boost. Yahoo!!! So much pleasure in one little morsel.

These treats are so simple to make and can be stored in your fridge or freezer, so you always have something healthy and delicious to enjoy when that chocolate craving kicks in.

Stir all ingredients together until blended. Fill molds or I have even just put a layer of the chocolate on the bottom of a pyrex dish and made them that way too. If you are doing that, after your chocolate has set for about a half hour in your fridge, cut it into pieces while it is still soft enough to do so.

Delicious and Simple Chocolate Recipe

1/3 cup raw, organic coconut oil
1/3 cup raw, organic cacao powder
1/6th of a cup of raw, organic agave OR local honey
salt to taste (I use Hawaiian Sea Salt)

That’s it! However, don’t stop there if you’d like to spruce it up a bit. I love adding shredded coco meat (can you say macaroon), macca, golgi berries, cranberries, mint essential oil, and even cayenne.

These are super fun to share at potlucks and such. But they will melt so if you bring them to a beach party, make sure you have them in a cooler with ice.  🙂
