A blend of beginner level yoga stretches, therapeutic alignment principles, and yummy guided meditations is infused into each hour to bring you a new class taught by Samantha titled  MOVEMENT AND MEDITATION.

The tempo of this class will be slow and mindful. Sometimes we will gracefully flow simple sequencing, and at other times we will break down asana, step-by-step, to bring forward a greater understanding of optimal alignment so that your posture resonates with youthfulness, ease and contentment.

This class is appropriate for beginners, anyone with injuries and pregnant mamas too! Please let me know prior to our session beginning where you are physically, so I can be certain to gift your body with tools especially for that deserving body of yours.
