TOUCHdownsThis is a killer challenge that will leave your legs burning and your heart pumpin’! It is done in a Tabata protocol, which is an interval timing of 20 seconds of all out activity, with a 10 second rest, done 8 rounds.

No need to get your timer ready, you can practice right along side of me and my public class here on Kauai in the video below!

What you will need to do is warm yourself up and cool yourself down. The variation here is for more of an intermediate-advanced fitness level. If you are a beginner modify the exercise by taking the spring out and simply touch down and stand up, touch down and stand up, etc.
