I have been inspired and encouraged by my students on various occasions to make videos of my classes so that they can enjoy them when they are not on island. What would it look like if I had classes available right here on line for you to enjoy?
Here’s a little peek at my own practice (working on my Bootie Camp class sequencing for an upper body training day). This video shows the full expansion of where you can play in this class. Also, it IS an all-levels class and I show and offer variations of EACH and every exercise we do so that everyone can train in a realm that honors right where they are now. My Bootie Camp class is truly unique because I infuse a hard-core training practice with yogic breathing exercises, Anusara yoga principles of Alignment, cardio blasts, a deliberate sequencing that works both fat blasting and muscle toning, AND I weave an uplifting and inspiring message into each class that allows us to live in our power off of our mats too.
