It feels good to be lead. It feels good to be part of a community of people who are like minded and ready to take their lives to the next level! With this in mind I am planning of starting a fitness group on FB and offering a 2 week challenge to JUMPstart you towards your greatness.
The idea is to give you a handful of yoga and fitness videos each week (from my youtube channel) that would be pieced together in a strategic way (chosen by yours truly) to dial you into a 14 day jumpstart.

The Fitness Jumpstart Challenge
I will give you 5 workouts to complete each week.
The workouts will include yoga and fitness.
They are approximately 30 minutes in length.
You must commit to doing all 5 each week.
Invite your friends. The more energy, the better your success!
