No equipment required! Except stairs.

Here is how you do it:

I started with the push ups. Started on top stair, and after every 10th push-up came down a level and finished my last set on the floor.

Then into plank holds same way. 1 minute hold with a 30 second rest. When I got to floor however, I took it to the wall for a 1 minute handstand.
