In my last post, A Secret Tip That Will Have You Glowing With Vitality & Energy, I shared one of my secrets to keeping my energy levels up through out the day.

This tip also infuses anyone who practices it with more vitality, life force, positive energy and a more attuned connection to our amazing bodies.

I wanna make sure there is no confusion as to how you can reap benefits from implementing this profound tool into our day to day lives.  Remember, in the last video I shared with you, I stated that some of the repercussions of sitting stagnate at a desk, in a vehicle, or even on a couch day in and day out can be:

  • big bellies
  • sluggish energy
  • aches and pains in our bodies

And who chooses to live with the bullet points above when we have the ability to create a healthy body, vibrant energy and freedom, right? The tips I am going to share with you here are really simply you guys.

A Healthy Heart A Happy Body

So lets look at how we can strategically and deliberately transform our lives by getting our heart rate moving up and down in our day to day routine where it may currently be at a flat line.

The idea is to:

  1. Become aware of your heart rate action throughout your day. You DON’T need a heart rate monitor, you don’t have to get all scientific, just become aware of it. What do you observe? Are you pretty consistent with your heart rate pace through out your day, or do you get it moving around a bit/ a lot?
  2. Start to get it moving so that there is deliberate fluctuation through out the day, day in and day out. Little bursts of heart pumping energy flowing!

Simple Ways To Keep Your Heart Rate From Staying Flat Lined

So here are a few ways that I boost my heart, body and energy through out my day:

  • Do lunges down my hallway instead of walk down my hallway.
  • Dance, baby dance! Get up from your seat and dance to your favorite song, shake that bootie and move those arms.
  • Little shake and giggle sessions. I love these!
  • Do jumping jacks with my arms, fast, while I wait for my shower water to get warm enough to jump in.
  • Get off my a*s when I am sitting at the computer for long periods of time and do some jumping jacks.
  • Sprint around chasing my daughter when we are outside.
  • Spontaneous, small sessions on my trampoline.
  • Random handstands at the wall.
  • After riding in your car for a bit, deliberately park at the back of the parking lot.

So as you can see, these aren’t things that take a lot of time, but when implemented into your day to day, everyday, you will be gifting you body with such goodness!
