Making a difference involves taking initiative and leaving all excuses behind. What an opportunity we have we all share here, to bless the lives of others who are in such desperate need.
I am encouraging and challenging you today to dig deep within your hearts, and pocketbooks, to send Haiti your help. If you are enjoying a luxury such as an expensive Starbucks today and making an excuse that you don’t have the means to donate ANYTHING to the poor Haiti victims, I ask you “why?”!
I believe that you have the potential to make a HUGE difference in people’s lives. I believe that YOU have what it takes to BLESS those less fortunate than you more in greater ways than you can even dream of right now. Will you step up? Will you kick all excuses to the curb?
No donation is too small, if all you truly have to give in this situation is $3.00, then, from the richest place in your heart, offer that today. You will NOT regret that you did and you will find JOY in your heart expanding as you reach out to others. Remember, “We reap what we sow!” If you are wishing that your life would be more blessed, that the universe would pour more goodness into you, HERE IS YOUR CHANCE take a leap of FAITH and deposit into that account also.
You can sit with this question “What would I want others to do for me and my family if we were in a situation where we suddenly lost all we own, had no food, no water, no shelter and possibly even injured?” Would you simply want others to sit around and pray for you? No, you would want people to be taking initiative! Please, dig deep and do SOMETHING! Of course, keep those prayers rising up, AND put your hearts desires into action, NOW!
